Suspicious Isabelmarco stats

We know that Isabelmarco PTC has almost 1 million members. This number is increased about 20k members daily ???. However, there is another suspicious fact, the paid amount.

On 12th August, site stats was
Total Users: 966,898
Total Paid : $ 549,130.60
Total Hits : 13295781

Your click: $0.01 ($0,015 for premium)
Ref click : $0.007 ($0,01 for premium)
Assume that every member has a ref (at least), so every click costs $0.017 ($0,025 for premium), and all members are upgraded, then

Clicked ads cost = 13295781 * $0,025 = $332394.525

This assumption is to allow maximum paid amount to members, even though this is not true as few un-referred members may be there.

How can they paid $ 549130.60, since members could not earn more than 70% of this amount? Or if this amount is true then the click rate must be around 4.1 cent, provided no pending payments (which is not true, as Isabelmarco's admin pays members within T.O.S, i.e. 40 days for standard and 25 days for premium members).

In my opinion, no PTC charges around 4 cents per click. Is site stats fake?
