My trusted PTCs

Blog modification

I truncated my favorite PTC list. It's necessary as my favorite PTCs should be the PTCs, which pay members in reasonable short time, and have more than 7 ads to click. Aslo, the Admins should be active at forums, less possible claim about payments. I think my previous list includes some PTCs, which do not qualify with this feature, even though they are good PTCs to join. As a result, list of recommend PTCs has been lengthened.
