Advercash ad rate changed. Boooooooo

Today, I noticed this change during clicking ads at Advercash. The admin lowered the ad rate about 5~7.5 times. What a change! while payout level is still at $15. Need not to say how disappointed I am. With these rates, reaching only $2 is difficult, it may take ages to reach $15.
